Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced **Part-Time Speech Therapist** to join our Autism Support Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, helping them improve communication, language, social interaction, and feeding skills where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children with ASD and developmental delays
- Develop individualized therapy plans and goals
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions
- Work collaboratively with ABA therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and parents
- Maintain accurate progress notes and reports
- Guide parents and caregivers on home strategies and communication support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech Pathology
- Relevant professional license or eligibility to practice
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
