- Deliver one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions in home, center, and school settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA or Clinical Supervisor
- Collect accurate session data and maintain detailed documentation
- Monitor client progress and communicate observations with the clinical team
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in intervention strategies
- Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
- ABA Therapist certification or relevant ABA training is preferred
- Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team member
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel within Dubai and surrounding Emirates for home based therapy sessions
