Part-time position
Approximately 2 hours per school day
Two-hour daily minimum paid, regardless of whether the route is completed in less than two hour
School field trips
Athletic events and sporting events
Other school transportation needs
Schedule follows the school calendar
Safely transport students between designated pickup locations and Lutheran North Middle & High School
Follow the assigned route and transportation schedule
Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for students
Conduct appropriate vehicle safety checks
Follow all school transportation policies and applicable laws and regulations
Communicate promptly with school staff regarding delays, incidents, or transportation concerns
Assist with additional transportation needs when available
Valid driver's license and appropriate licensing/endorsements required to operate a school shuttle/bus
Clean and safe driving record
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work well with middle and high school students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to student safety and confidentiality
Ability to successfully complete required background checks and school transportation requirements
