The Roadhouse Grill restaurant, located in the Compass Travel Center, is a fantastic spot to grab a bite with friends or family. Our welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service makes us the perfect place to refuel during a road trip or for the locals to dine, unwind, and relax. We even offer live music from local professional musicians!
One of the standout features of the Roadhouse Grill is our diverse menu. Whether you're in the mood for a juicy burger, a hearty steak, or a fresh salad, you're sure to find something to satisfy your cravings. Plus, the portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. Due to our increasing sales, we are seeking experienced dining room Servers.

Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- ServSafe certified preferred
- Previous experience in bartending preferred
- Knowledge of the "TOAST" POS system or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Understanding of basic culinary terminology
- Ability to sanitize work areas regularly, clean and bus tables, and sweep and mop the dining room floor as needed
