This position is offered on a part-time/short-term contract basis.
The University will not provide visa sponsorship or medical insurance for this role.
Candidates must already hold a valid UAE residence visa and maintain their own health insurance coverage throughout the contract period.
The role will support day-to-day procurement operations, including processing procurement requests, purchase orders, contract follow-up, supplier coordination, documentation, and administrative support to ensure continuity of operations and timely service delivery.
We are looking for a profile with good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in procurement, administration, or supply chain support is necessary.
