- Lead development and execution of integrated talent strategies and workforce planning frameworks
- Oversee performance and talent management frameworks including calibration, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Define and implement L&D strategy, design capability building initiatives and career pathways, and manage L&D budget
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies including surveys and action planning
- Oversee development and implementation of talent policies and frameworks ensuring compliance with legislation
- Lead data driven workforce insights and reporting using analytics, benchmarking, and feedback
- Develop and monitor annual training plans and propose career growth initiatives
- Maintain external training partnerships and stay updated on HR trends
- Oversee key HR activities and HR calendar planning, ensure timely execution of HR events and accurate reporting
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
- Minimum 6 8 years progressive HR experience with strong focus on talent management, performance, and organizational capability development
- Strong expertise in talent management, performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement learning and development strategies with measurable impact
- Strong analytical capability with experience in talent analytics, reporting, and data driven decision making
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, policy development, and applicable labour laws
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English and Arabic mandatory; French is an added value

Job Overview
- To oversee and support the day to day operations of the HR department in Talent Management including manpower planning, professional development, ensuring performance gaps are identified and addressed, and support of all strategic initiatives to develop talent and build a sustainable workforce.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated talent strategies and workforce planning frameworks.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Minimum Qualifications: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum of 6 8 years of progressive experience within Human Resources with a strong focus on talent management, performance, and organisational capability development.
- Job Specific Skills: Strong expertise in talent management, performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement learning and development strategies with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience in talent analytics, reporting, and data driven decision making.
