Position Overview
- University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) is the first national university specializing in applied, technical, and professional education.
- The College of General Education invites applications for an on demand Part Time Instructor in Mathematics starting August 2026.
- Candidates must be available locally in Qatar with valid QID and no objection letter (NOC).
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Department Mathematics, the instructor will plan, develop, and deliver course content in undergraduate Mathematics curriculum.
- Evaluate student progress, collaborate with faculty teaching teams, and manage resources in the learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in Mathematics or Statistics or a related applied field.
- At least 3 years of full time teaching experience in post secondary or higher education institutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post graduate certificate, diploma, or degree in education teaching methods.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (e.g. D2L) and adaptive learning technologies.
