About the Role
Bodytree Studio in Abu Dhabi seeks a Part-Time HR Support professional to manage HR administration, onboarding, HRIS, payroll coordination, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Prepare employment related letters, amendments, and employee documents
- Ensure all employee files remain complete, organized, and up to date
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Track probation periods, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle milestones
- Maintain employee certifications and mandatory documentation
- Monitor employee records, leave balances, and HR documentation within the HRIS
- Support employees with HRIS related questions and system access
- Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy across HR processes
- Manage employee leave balances, attendance, and absence records within the HRIS
- Coordinate quarterly performance reviews and maintain related documentation
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll inputs
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR administration or HR operations experience within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland Labour Law and familiarity with ADGM employment regulations
- Hands on experience with HRIS platforms, employee documentation, contracts, onboarding, and payroll coordination
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience within hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, or other service based businesses is a plus

- This role focuses on core HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, employee documentation, HRIS management, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance reviews across both Mainland and ADGM entities.
Key Responsibilities HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment related letters, amendments, and employee documents.
- Ensure all employee files remain complete, organized, and up to date.
HR Operations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track probation periods, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle milestones.
- Maintain employee certifications and mandatory documentation.
HRIS Management
- Monitor employee records, leave balances, and HR documentation within the system.
- Support employees with HRIS related questions and system access.

Leave & Attendance Management
- Manage employee leave balances, attendance, and absence records within the HRIS.
Performance Management
- Coordinate quarterly performance reviews and maintain related documentation.
- Track employee probation reviews, feedback cycles, and development actions.
Payroll Support
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure employee data, leave balances, and payroll related documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
- Work closely with the Finance team to support payroll processing and updates.
Compliance & Employee Documentation
- Support compliance with UAE Labour Law and ADGM Employment Regulations.
- Monitor visa, Emirates ID, passport, labour card, and other employee document expiry dates.
- Ensure all employee records and documentation meet legal and company requirements.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews when required.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of HR administration or HR operations experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland Labour Law and familiarity with ADGM employment regulations.
- Hands on experience with HRIS platforms, employee documentation, contracts, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience within hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, or other service based businesses is a plus.
