- Plan, schedule, and manage organic content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Handle community management to keep audience engaged
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
- Broadcast weekly/monthly newsletters and maintain automated email flows
- Track, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly performance using marketing tools
- Support promotion of workshops, community events, launches, and brand collaborations
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional digital marketing experience in a B2C environment
- Proficient in Canva, basic CapCut editing, and AI tools for asset creation
- Hands on, proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable using AI and software tools, quick to learn new tools

About The Role
- Bodytree is looking for a hands on, independent Digital Marketer with 2+ years of B2C experience to drive digital growth.
- You will take ownership of daily operations across social media, paid ads, email marketing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Creative Direction: Lead campaign ideation across launches, offers, and community activations.
- Social Media Content & Community: Plan, schedule, and manage organic content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Asset Creation & Curation: Handle basic image and asset production using Canva, CapCut, and AI generation tools.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Newsletter & CRM: Broadcast weekly/monthly newsletters, maintain automated email flows, and manage CRM segmentation.
- Tech Stack Operations & Reporting: Navigate marketing tools and automations to track and report performance.
- Community & Events: Support promotion of workshops, community events, launches, and brand collaborations.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of professional digital marketing experience in a B2C environment
- Hands on, get things done mindset with strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable using AI and software tools, quick to learn new tools
- Proficient in Canva, basic CapCut editing, and AI tools for asset creation
- Bonus: Experience or passion for boutique gym & wellness marketing or hospitality marketing
