Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records

Assist customers with account questions and basic banking services

Identify customer needs and refer appropriate bank products and services

Resolve customer concerns while providing outstanding service

Support daily branch operations and maintain an organized work area
