Position Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the branch, including leading and developing branch staff, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining strong operational standards, developing customer relationships, and supporting the Bank's sales and community involvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop branch Customer Service Representatives.
- Coordinate employee schedules and daily responsibilities to ensure effective branch coverage and operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving customer questions or concerns.
- Maintain strong operational controls, including cash handling, balancing, vault and ATM activity, security procedures, and branch audits.
