You will be responsible for assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a diverse caseload for insurers pre-litigated and litigated claims, from inception to resolution.
will include conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
A key part of the role will also involve conducting research to support legal strategies and case development.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential Previous Paralegal experience of 6+ months is ESSENTIAL for this role.
Scottish qualified legal professional with previous Scotland law experience is ESSENTIAL for this role.
We are unable to consider candidate with UK & Wales experience only for this role.
