Facilities Lead

Professional FM qualification (e.g. IWFM Level 6, MIWFM, CIWFM)

Proven leadership experience within facilities or workplace management (multi-site preferred)

Considerable knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and building regulations

Experience managing budgets, cost control, and financial reporting

Proven ability of leading and developing high-performing teams

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience within a professional services or corporate environment

Technical understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical)

Project management experience (refurbishments, relocations, installations)

Experience managing complex supplier frameworks and contracts

Exposure to workplace strategy, sustainability, or transformations

Focus on continuous improvement and enhancing employee experience
