- Handle paint mixing, color matching, and material preparation
- Ensure proper surface preparation, sanding, filling, and priming
- Monitor PU painting, wood finishing, and polishing quality
- Assign daily tasks to painters and polishers and track productivity
- Inspect completed works to maintain quality standards
- Control material usage and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with production and project teams for timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures
Requirements
- Strong experience in PU painting, wood polishing, and finishing works
- Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and polishing equipment
- Experience supervising painting teams in joinery/interior fit out industry
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- UAE experience preferred
