- Allocate daily work to painters and polishers and monitor productivity
- Inspect finished work to ensure high quality standards
- Maintain proper use of materials and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with production and project teams for timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in the workshop
Requirements
- Strong experience in PU painting, wood polishing, and finishing works
- Excellent knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and polishing machines
- Experience in supervising painting teams in joinery or interior fit out industry
- Ability to manage workflow and maintain quality standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
