What You’ll Bring (experience required)
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, or an equivalent recognised trade qualification.
Current Construction Industry White Card.
Previous experience in commercial or institutional painting is preferred; however, it is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to match colours and finishes to hospital standards.
Knowledge of OHS regulations and safe handling of hazardous materials.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to undertake required pre-employment and site-specific checks, including a Working with Children Check.
More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients. **Please note, as a prerequisite for this role candidates will be required to complete work rights check, pre-employment medical check, Working with Children Check, AFP National Police History certificate and reference checks.
