About the Role
CJC is looking for a data-driven Paid User Acquisition & Analytics Specialist to scale user acquisition through high-performance campaigns and build tracking infrastructure for a Web3 gaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, X (Twitter), Telegram, Reddit, DSPs, and other relevant channels
- Build and manage acquisition funnels for high value customer acquisition
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion metrics
- Implement and maintain end to end tracking and attribution across web and mobile platforms
- Configure and manage analytics platforms including Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and server side tracking where applicable
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and user behavior
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to improve conversion rates and user retention
- Continuously test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Paid User Acquisition
- Strong experience in Web3, crypto, gaming, iGaming, fantasy gaming, or high ticket digital products
- Proven experience managing six figure monthly advertising budgets
- Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and analytics
- Experience optimizing campaigns using data rather than intuition
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
- Must have skills: Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, Conversion API (CAPI), Attribution & Funnel Analytics, A/B Testing, Cohort Analysis, Retention Analytics, ROAS Optimization

- We're looking for a data driven Paid User Acquisition & Analytics Specialist to help us scale user acquisition through high performance campaigns while building a world class tracking and attribution infrastructure.
- This is a hands on execution role. You'll own paid acquisition, attribution, analytics, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking across multiple channels.
What You'll Do

Compensation
- AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
- Performance based bonuses linked to acquisition and growth targets.
