About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own day to day Dubai gameplay operations
- Lead a small team of interns and creators
- Participate in races and understand game mechanics deeply
- Recruit and manage creators, streamers, and community contributors
- Host weekly race nights, competitions, and community events
- Create gameplay content, livestreams, and short form videos
- Build relationships with gaming communities across the UAE and SEA
- Report community, gameplay, and growth insights to leadership
Requirements
- Active gamer with strong gaming knowledge
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Experience creating content on TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and gaming communities
- Understanding of blockchain gaming, NFTs, crypto, or Play to Earn is preferred
- Dubai based or able to work on site

About CJC Race
- CJC Race is a skill based blockchain horse racing platform with a growing community of players, collectors, and racing enthusiasts.
- We're building our Dubai Gameplay Operations Hub and are looking for a highly motivated gamer, content creator, and community builder to lead the initiative.
- This is not a traditional manager role. You'll play, create content, build community, recruit creators, run tournaments, and help grow the CJC ecosystem from the ground up.

Compensation
- AED 5,000/month
