• We are looking for a Packaging Technologist to join our friendly UK Packaging Development team. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working cross-functionally and seeing ideas move from concept through trials, approval and launch.

What you will do

• Lead and support packaging development activity from briefing and feasibility through trial, approval, launch and project closure.
• Plan, organise and attend packaging trials across MYD and MMI sites, ensuring clear trial objectives, robust data capture and timely follow-up actions.
• Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop, test and implement packaging materials and formats that fit manufacturing, customer, consumer, and sustainability requirements.
• Support packaging input into NPD, optimisation, cost saving, compliance and investment projects, keeping project teams clear on risks, timings and technical decisions.
