One or more years of cannabis post harvest, or similar, experience is highly preferred .
Familiarity with mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Familiarity with state and federal cannabis laws.
Ability to communicate in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of quality benchmarks for cannabis flower, ensuring only premium products reach the market.
Familiarity with harvesting and post-harvest activities like Drying, Curing, Trimming, Packaging, etc.
Cleanliness, GMP familiarity.
Normal production environment
May be exposed to extreme temperatures
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
Frequent bending and moving from sitting to standing and reverse
