Fine Fettle is seeking a Cultivation Technician at our cutting-edge, 40,000 square foot production facility in Bloomfield, CT.
A Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our Production facility.
This role involves monitoring plant health, managing growth cycles, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis cultivation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
• Monitor and maintain plant health, including watering, feeding, pruning, and training plants.
• Identify and report any signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Assist with the cloning, transplanting, and harvesting processes.
• Accurately record data related to plant growth, health, and production.
• Ensure all cultivation activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with harvesting plants at the appropriate time to maximize yield and potency.
• Participate in the drying, trimming, bucking and curing processes to prepare cannabis for packaging.
• Work closely with the production teams to meet production goals and timelines.
• This position regularly utilizes standard office equipment, technology, and software applications.
• Perform all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner.
• Responsibilities may evolve to align with the dynamic needs of the facility, offering opportunities for learning, growth, and adaptability.
