Experience and Education
- The role requires 12–20 years of manufacturing experience with packaging.
- A bachelor's or master's degree is required.
Operational Excellence
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly packing plans aligned with supply chain, program management, and business priorities.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize production to maximize throughput, resource utilization, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive improvement in productivity, waste, yields, and overall equipment effectiveness.
- Resolve manufacturing and process issues through root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
Quality and Compliance
- Ensure packing operations comply with cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, corporate quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Govern batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and associated documentation for data integrity and compliance.
- Lead change controls, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, effectiveness checks, and quality risk assessments.
- Maintain inspection readiness through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
Validation and Technical Governance
- Oversee SOPs, technical documents, protocols, reports, and controlled records.
- Prepare and approve User Requirement Specifications for equipment and systems supporting packing operations.
- Lead equipment qualification and validation, including DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, requalification, and decommissioning.
