Role overview
One-year apprentice role supporting pharmaceutical and biologics manufacturing activities.
The apprentice will learn manufacturing processes, documentation, safety, equipment operations, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices during manufacturing activities.
- Study and follow Standard Operating Procedures before performing activities.
- Gain exposure to dispensing, granulation, blending, filling, packaging, or biologics manufacturing processes.
- Support batch records, logbooks, and manufacturing documentation.
- Participate in production reviews and learn workflow management.
- Observe equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Participate in line clearance activities before starting a new batch.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and emergency response processes.
- Learn deviation reporting and assist with production data analysis.
- Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, process optimization, or productivity initiatives.
Qualifications
- B Pharm or BSc in Chemistry qualification.
- Eligible candidates are from the 2025 or 2026 pass-out batch.
