Role Overview
Lead packaging strategy, design, material development, prototyping, testing, supplier development, industrialization, and lifecycle optimization.
Develop high-performance, cost-effective, sustainable, compliant, and customer-focused packaging solutions across products and markets.

Packaging Strategy and Design
- Develop packaging strategies, standards, specifications, governance, design principles, and innovation roadmaps.
- Lead packaging concepts for new and existing products.
- Translate product, customer, brand, logistics, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements into practical solutions.
- Manage structural and functional design activities covering protection, usability, manufacturability, transportability, shelf performance, and brand alignment.
Improvement and Benchmarking
- Lead improvement programs focused on quality, cost, sustainability, efficiency, customer experience, logistics, and manufacturing performance.
- Benchmark packaging against industry standards, competitors, suppliers, internal best practices, and emerging technologies.
