- Ensure all package activities comply with technical specifications, industry standards, and quality assurance plans

Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Project Management or Package Management roles within a PMCM firm or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP Certification
- Proven ability to manage multiple packages within complex projects
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contract administration, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree is a plus

Job Purpose
- Highly organized and results driven Package Manager / Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned project packages within larger programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project/package execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Ensure alignment with master project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities to meet delivery objectives.
- Define scope, deliverables, and milestones for specific packages.
- Work under tight schedules and project deadlines.
- Liaise with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, QA/QC) and external vendors/contractors.
- Manage contractor interfaces, clarify scope of work, and resolve disputes as needed.
- Monitor package budgets and expenditures, identifying cost variances and risks.
- Track progress against baseline schedules using project controls and reporting tools.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure all package activities comply with technical specifications, industry standards, and quality assurance plans.
- Participate in inspections, quality audits, and QA/QC procedures as required.
Risk and Change Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to package delivery.
- Proactively manage change orders, scope adjustments, and impact assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and change control records.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including contracts, technical drawings, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and deliver detailed status updates, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Ensure traceability and version control for all project documents.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Project Management or Package Management roles within a PMCM firm or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- PMP Certification.
- Proven ability to manage multiple packages within complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contract administration, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
