Role Purpose
Work directly with the Chairman as a finance-focused Personal Assistant and Investment Advisor.
Monitor the Group’s investments and support the Chairman on key financial matters.
Provide clear, accurate, and current answers about investments, returns, risks, and upcoming payments or opportunities.
Investment Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the complete Group investment portfolio.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities and prepare recommendations.
- Analyze ROI, profitability, cash flow, valuation, risks, and exit strategies.
- Track invested capital, returns, dividends or profits, maturity dates, and outstanding amounts.
- Monitor existing investments and immediately flag underperformance or risks.
- Coordinate financial and commercial due diligence for new investments.
Financial Support and Reporting
- Review Group cash flow, major receivables, payables, and financial commitments as required by the Chairman.
- Coordinate with Finance Managers, banks, auditors, lawyers, and external advisors.
- Maintain a Chairman’s Investment and Financial Dashboard showing investments, returns, cash position, commitments, and major risks.
- Prepare short weekly and monthly reports on investment performance, fund allocation, risks, and required actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and strict confidentiality for financial, banking, and investment information.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, banking, family office, private equity, or financial management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work directly with the Chairman.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow, ROI, IRR, valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence is preferred.
- Candidates without similar role experience are discouraged from applying.

- Proficiency in English is required, while additional languages are an advantage.
- The candidate must be highly trustworthy, proactive, accurate with numbers, and attentive to detail.
- The role requires clear written communication, proper documentation, fast response, strong follow-up, and the ability to work without constant supervision.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
