We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Idaho. This role is ideal for a driven, customer-focused professional who enjoys working directly with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and project managers while creating opportunities for long-term business growth.
As a key member of our sales team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging your industry expertise to identify needs, recommend solutions, and manage projects from concept through completion. You'll also play a leadership role by mentoring newer sales professionals and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, multifamily, and commercial construction customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value and support project success.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
Continuously expand your customer network through prospecting, referrals, and business development activities.
Research, identify, and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
Prepare and present professional proposals, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
Generate sales by effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value of our products and services.
