The Outreach Programs Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing outreach initiatives that strengthen Al-Qadsiah Club's engagement with the community, partners, and stakeholders.
The role supports the club's strategic objectives by delivering impactful programs that enhance brand reputation, social impact, and community relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute outreach programs aligned with the club's vision, CSR objectives, and strategic goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
- Identify community needs and opportunities for collaboration and engagement.
- Manage outreach program timelines, logistics, and documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate program impact, preparing reports and insights for management.
- Support public events, workshops, and awareness initiatives related to outreach activities.
- Ensure all outreach initiatives reflect the club's values, branding, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Experience in community engagement and program management
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments, partners, and external stakeholders
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
- Proficient in monitoring and evaluating program impact
- Experience in supporting public events, workshops, and awareness initiatives
