Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field. Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) internship or approved training program. Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), or eligible to obtain registration upon hire, must obtain RDN credential within three months of hire. Licensed as a Dietitian or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota, with licensure requirements completed within three months of hire. Previous clinical dietetics experience, advanced degree in nutrition or related field, and/or nutrition-related specialty certifications are preferred.
