- We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm .
- As an Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet, supervising the team, and ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure service standards, SOPs, and Food & Beverage procedures are consistently followed.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper communication and handover between shifts.
- Monitor service quality and ensure the outlet is properly prepared and maintained at all times.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Support the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling operational costs.
- Encourage upselling and ensure team members have strong knowledge of menus, promotions, and products.
- Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and proper handling of Food & Beverage products.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
- Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching, and development.
