Job summary
The Outlet Manager oversees restaurants, bars, and room service operations where applicable.
The role supervises daily operations, supports menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and assists front-of-house teams during peak periods.
The manager is responsible for guest and employee satisfaction and the financial performance of assigned areas.
Schedule and position
- The position is full time.
- The position is classified as management.
- The role is based at the W Hotels property in Doha, Qatar.
Education and experience
- A high school diploma or GED plus four years of relevant food and beverage, culinary, or related experience is accepted.
- Alternatively, a two-year degree in a relevant hospitality, food service, business, or related major plus two years of relevant experience is accepted.
Operations management
- Supervise employees and manage day-to-day food and beverage operations.
- Maintain service and sanitation standards and review staffing levels.
