Position Overview
Host guests at OliWino and support dining-room seating, presentation, cleanliness, safety, and guest well-being.
The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Position Summary
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
- Seat guests at clean, available tables and provide menus and assistance.
- Guide guests through dining rooms and organize seating for groups with special needs.
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and place settings.
- Ensure place settings include napkins, clean silverware, and required items.
- Check menus for cleanliness, currency, quantity, and presentation.
- Maintain clean work areas using clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
Work Conditions
- The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
