Job Summary
Oversee restaurants, bars, and room service operations where applicable.
Supervise daily restaurant operations, assist with menu planning, and maintain sanitation standards.
Support servers and hosts during peak periods while improving guest and employee satisfaction.
Maximize financial performance and determine training needed to accomplish operational goals.
Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant food and beverage, culinary, or related experience.
- Alternatively, a 2-year degree in a relevant hospitality or business major with 2 years of relevant experience.
Managing Day-to-Day Operations
- Supervise and manage employees and understand their positions well enough to provide coverage.
- Manage daily operations and review staffing levels against guest service, operational, and financial objectives.
- Maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar, lounge, and room service areas.
