Role Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated, confident, and target-driven sales executive for its facilities management team.
The role focuses on generating new business, developing corporate and property-client relationships, and converting leads into long-term service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and projects in the facilities management industry.
- Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, procurement teams, landlords, and corporate clients.
- Promote cleaning, maintenance, air-conditioning, and other building support services.
- Visit potential clients and properties to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service offers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and client inquiries.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with operations for handover of new contracts.
- Support customer satisfaction and contract renewal through regular client communication.
- Provide sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.
