Role Overview
Kafu Facility Management is seeking a Business Development Executive for its facilities management team.
The role focuses on developing B2B and corporate sales opportunities and converting leads into long-term service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B and corporate sales opportunities.
- Approach companies, hotels, offices, event organizers, institutions, and other potential clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other activities.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Follow up on opportunities and convert them into confirmed business.
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and closed business.
- Coordinate with operations and management on confirmed contracts.
- Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales is mandatory.
- Facilities management or similar-field experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
