About the Role
UpMan Placements is seeking dynamic Outdoor Sales Executives to expand business operations across Dubai and Qatar. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients, achieving sales targets, and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Visit potential clients and promote company products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Conduct market research and provide insights on customer needs and market trends
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
- Negotiate with clients and close sales deals effectively
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification preferred (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage)
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably with GCC market experience
- Valid GCC driving license is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
