Wr have an urgent opening for Furnace Operator for our reputed client based at Abu Dhabi.
Job location : Abu Dhabi
Role Overview
Operate and control the Electric Arc Furnace for White Fused Alumina production
Ensure safe, efficient high-temperature operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and adjust furnace parameters (voltage, current, temperature)
Manage raw material charging and oversee melting, tapping, and cooling
Maintain production records and troubleshoot operational issues
Quality & Safety
Ensure product meets quality standards
Follow strict safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements
Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering /ITI - Mechanical with experience in
furnace operations preferred
Industry Preference: Manufacturing Plants like Cement, Steel, Alumina.
