Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate and individual clients for vehicle rentals
- Conduct daily outdoor visits to hotels, travel agencies, corporate hubs, and high potential locations
- Nurture existing client relationships to secure contract renewals and referrals
- Negotiate competitive rental agreements and pricing structures
- Coordinate with operations team for seamless vehicle delivery and customer service
- Manage timely collection of payments and resolve client issues
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Submit structured daily/weekly sales reports and client visit updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years proven outdoor or field sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target driven and motivated by KPIs
- UAE car rental industry experience highly preferred

The Role
- Outdoor Sales Executive to generate new corporate and individual clients, build relationships, and promote rental services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure new clients for short term and long term rentals.
- Field Sales & Networking: Daily outdoor visits to hotels, travel agencies, corporate hubs.
- Relationship Management: Nurture existing clients for renewals and referrals.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate rental agreements and pricing.
- Cross Team Coordination: Partner with operations for vehicle delivery and customer service.
- Financial Oversight: Manage payment collection and resolve billing issues.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
- Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and client visit updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven outdoor or field sales experience (UAE car rental industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Target driven and motivated by KPIs.
