- Stay updated on visa policies and travel requirements for various destinations
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in outbound visa processing, travel consultancy, or related field
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations such as Schengen countries, UK, USA, ETA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online visa portals
- Must be residing inside the United Arab Emirates and available to join immediately
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously

Job Summary
- The Outbound Visa Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, providing accurate information on visa requirements, ensuring document compliance, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the visa processing journey.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Outbound visa processing, travel consultancy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations such as Schengen countries, the UK, USA, ETA etc
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online visa portals.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Must be residing inside the United Arab Emirates and available to join immediately.
