Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Safeguard team safety and promote Amazon Health and Safety standards.
• Lead Delivery Associates and last-mile delivery operations.
• Monitor on-the-road performance metrics.
• Uphold delivery quality and customer experience standards.
• Resolve real-time routing, dispatch, and delivery challenges.
• Improve OTR processes and reduce delivery defects.
• Share operational best practices with colleagues and the network.
• Follow up with vendors on onboarding and facilitate onboarding with external contractors.
• Manage incentives, uniform auditing, and uniform inventory.
• Communicate with DSP points of contact and escalate issues when needed.
• Handle delivery station callouts related to Delivery Associates.
• Arrange and follow up on Day 0 attendance.

Basic Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• The role requires a flexible schedule and work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• The role requires 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
• Fluent spoken, written, and reading English is required.
• Fluent spoken, written, and reading Arabic is required.
• Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and a wide range of stakeholders is required.
• Relevant experience with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems is required.

Preferred Qualification

• At least one year of Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.

Work Environment

• The role is based in a delivery station and involves last-mile delivery operations.
