Responsibilities
- Structure, lead, and conduct organizational self assessments against KAQA / EFQM criteria
- Identify excellence strengths and improvement opportunities
- Develop excellence roadmaps including prioritized initiatives aligned to framework criteria
- Develop and review excellence documentation including KAQA / EFQM submission files
- Establish and run Quality and Excellence functions, including designing strategy and operating models
- Engage executive and senior leadership, facilitate workshops, and articulate findings
Requirements
- Candidate must be in Saudi Arabia with valid residency/iqama
- 9 12 years of professional experience in Organizational / Institutional Excellence (EFQM and KAQA)
- Proven hands on experience with KAQA and EFQM including self assessments, roadmap development, and submission files
- Experience in establishing/running Quality and Excellence functions
- Advanced writing and synthesis skills in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and presentation skills, experience engaging executive leadership
- Formal EFQM or KAQA training, certification, or assessor exposure
- Management consulting or advisory background within public sector or large enterprise, preferably in KSA
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2015)

About the Role
- We are hiring an Organizational Excellence (KAQA / EFQM) Specialist for one of the Big 4 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Seeking a professional with deep, hands on expertise in national and international excellence frameworks, particularly King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA) and EFQM.
- Practical experience across the full excellence lifecycle, from organizational self assessment through excellence roadmap development and involvement in award participation and submissions.
Key Requirements
- The candidate has to be in Saudi Arabia.
- Not more than 9 12 years of professional experience in Organizational / Institutional Excellence (EFQM and KAQA).
- Proven, hands on experience with KAQA and EFQM, including: structuring, leading and conducting organizational self assessments; identifying excellence strengths and improvement opportunities; developing excellence roadmaps; developing and reviewing excellence documentation including submission files
- Experience in establishing / running Quality and Excellence functions, including designing the Excellence and Quality strategy, operating models, etc.
- Advanced skills in writing, reviewing, and synthesizing excellence deliverables in both Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging executive and senior leadership.
- Formal EFQM or KAQA training, certification, or assessor exposure.
- Management consulting or advisory background within public sector or large enterprise environments, preferably in KSA.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2015) and experience in establishing such systems.
Terms
- 6 month extendable contract.
- 100% onsite – Riyadh.
- Candidates must already be based in KSA with valid residency/iqama.
- Pay: 30,000 35,000 SAR per month.
