- Lead and implement organizational development strategies that enhance workforce effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, and overall organizational performance
- Assess organizational needs, identify improvement opportunities, and design initiatives that support culture transformation, change management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce optimization
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders to align organizational development programs with business objectives and long term growth strategies
- Analyze organizational metrics, employee feedback, and performance data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Lead change initiatives, leadership development programs, competency framework implementation, and organizational effectiveness projects that foster a high performance culture and sustainable business success
- Drive organizational transformation efforts that strengthen employee capabilities, improve business performance, and support strategic objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Education, or related field
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of organizational development principles, change management methodologies, talent management frameworks, leadership development, employee engagement strategies, and organizational effectiveness practices
- Proficiency in workforce analytics, performance management systems, learning platforms, organizational assessment tools, and employee development programs
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading transformation initiatives, culture change programs, leadership development efforts, and organizational effectiveness projects
- Knowledge of succession planning, competency development, workforce planning, organizational design, continuous improvement methodologies, and strategic talent management
- Experience with organizational transformation, employee experience initiatives, and change leadership programs

Role Description

Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of organizational development principles, change management methodologies, talent management frameworks, leadership development, employee engagement strategies, and organizational effectiveness practices.
- Proficiency in workforce analytics, performance management systems, learning platforms, organizational assessment tools, and employee development programs.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading transformation initiatives, culture change programs, leadership development efforts, and organizational effectiveness projects.
- Knowledge of succession planning, competency development, workforce planning, organizational design, continuous improvement methodologies, and strategic talent management is highly advantageous.
- Experience with organizational transformation, employee experience initiatives, and change leadership programs is considered a strong advantage.
