- Proficiency in strategic planning and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or event driven organization

Role Description
- The Organizational Development Manager will design and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development.
- This is a part time hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely when required.
