Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead the change management strategy and user adoption activities across a large-scale digital transformation program for a leading automotive distributor in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Lead the change management strategy and user adoption activities across a large-scale digital transformation program
- Work closely with project managers, product owners, business stakeholders, training teams, and implementation partners to ensure that change impacts are effectively managed and that adoption risks are minimized
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within large IT or digital transformation programs
- Proven experience managing change for ERP or CRM implementations (SAP / Salesforce preferred)
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planning
- Experience working with external implementation partners and system integrators
- Solid understanding of project delivery lifecycle and digital transformation programs
- Experience coordinating training and business readiness activities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or Salesforce transformation programs
- Experience working in multi-vendor transformation environments
