Role Summary
The Order Processor handles customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through dispatch.
The role works with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to enter orders, allocate stock, and coordinate timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review orders from phone, email, WhatsApp, and the sales team.
- Enter orders and generate quotations, sales orders, and invoices in the company system.
- Verify warehouse stock and allocate inventory to confirmed orders.
- Coordinate dispatch with logistics and delivery teams and confirm timelines with customers.
- Track orders through completion and update customers about delays or back-orders.
- Process amendments, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate order, invoice, and customer records.
- Confirm payments and credit terms with finance before goods release.
- Support inventory reconciliation and flag system-to-physical stock discrepancies.
Pay
- AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
