ABOUT YOUR ROLE
- - Design automation programs to improve daily order entry efficiency and accuracy.
- - Engage in data processing, workflow optimization, automation program design, project testing, daily operation maintenance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- - Design a standard template or program to consolidate order entry data automatically.
- - Design program to input data automatically and simplify the process workflow, mainly through Excel Visual Basic.
- - Follow up projects and summarize the process and conduct relevant training for OM.
- - Responsible for the maintenance and development of existing programs.
Competence Requirement
- - Strong team-work spirit
- - Good communication skill
- - Be able to work with high quality and efficiently
- - Customer oriented
Qualification
- - Have some basic programming skills, be familiar with VB/VB.NET/VBA/VBS and so on. Familiar with Java or Python is preferable.
- - Sharp analytical ability, fast learning skill problem solving techniques
- - 1 to 2yrs of experience
- - Any Graduate
- - Python or bash or VB Script , SQL, Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros)
