Harbinger Motors is looking for an Order Processing Admin to support our Distribution & Sales Planning team.

This role is responsible for accurately processing and entering customer and dealer orders, coordinating templated email communications with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all order-related paperwork is completed, accurate, and properly filed.

This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role that keeps our order pipeline moving smoothly and our records audit-ready.

• Process and enter incoming orders into internal systems accurately and in a timely manner
• Review order details for completeness and accuracy prior to entry; flag and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate order-related email communications using established templates, ensuring the right stakeholders (dealers, upfitters, internal teams) are informed at each step
