Harbinger is seeking an MES & Ignition Developer to design and develop reporting, visualization, and automation solutions for our manufacturing operations.

This role will transform data from our Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Siemens OpCenter, into actionable real-time insights using Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform.

You will develop plant-floor and management dashboards, automate production reporting and alerts, and build integrations that provide visibility into production performance, quality, downtime, and other critical manufacturing metrics.

This is a hands-on development role that works closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT teams to translate operational needs into reliable, scalable technical solutions.

• Design and develop real-time Ignition dashboards for plant-floor operators, supervisors, and leadership, providing visibility into production KPIs, OEE, throughput, downtime, quality, and other manufacturing metrics.
• Build and automate daily production, quality, and downtime reporting using the Ignition Reporting Module.
• Configure event-driven alerts and notifications for production events, equipment faults, quality deviations, and other critical conditions.
• Integrate Ignition with Siemens OpCenter and related manufacturing data sources using SQL and relational databases.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
