Role overview
The Order Management Analyst supports end-to-end supply chain performance within MF-O.
The role focuses on order fulfillment, material availability, Customer Request Date adherence, process optimization, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making.
The position helps enhance visibility across operational and performance metrics within the MF-O supply chain organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage order fulfillment processes and value-stream inventory strategy for finished goods, sub-assemblies, and inter-factory supply.
- Coordinate material availability and operational priorities across functions.
- Ensure Customer Request Date adherence and accurate, timely customer-order execution.
- Develop and report KPIs, lead continuous improvement, and drive automation and digitalization projects.
- Support IBP, production planning, strategic supply chain solutions, and best-practice implementation.
- Streamline internal processes to reduce PMD lead times and champion operational excellence.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
