Service Operations
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and major incidents through their full lifecycle.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, infrastructure, database, and integration teams.
- Drive root cause analysis, preventive actions, change impact assessment, and release support.
Major Incident Management
- Act as Major Incident Manager for critical business-impacting incidents.
